It's funny how much this message gets misconstrued! We need only look at some areas of our governments (and I mean that globally) and we see that some members of parliament have no idea what a true leader is!

A true leader envisions the best not only for them, but for the people that surround them.

A true leader pushes people up, building confidence rather than trying to squash them down to keep them on a lower playing field.

A true leader acknowledges everyone's invisible sign that says "MAKE ME FEEL SPECIAL" knowing that their sign might not get acknowledged that day.

We need to teach our youth how to be effective leaders and that leadership is not the same thing as having power. When we can all learn that the best leaders do for and unto others without expectation of anything in return, only then will we know how to live in true enlightenment and harmony.
