In our current world climate, we have totally lost the ability to empathize. We witness it everyday all around us - in our government leaders, in people in our communities and most definitely in our worlds online.

Have you ever just taken a moment to look at someone and try to see what their world must look like? The old adage of 'don't judge someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes' hasn't changed and yet we forget to do it.

We are quick to point fingers, quick to judge and quick to delete someone from our lives rather than try to see inside and figure out what is going on.

I have spent the past 2 years healing from PTSD and I vowed to myself that I would try to look at everything from a place of love and gratitude. This has changed my world exponentially!

I have forgiven those who have hurt me. I see fear coming from anger in people. I also try to see the light in everyone and it can be hard some days and with certain people, but I really make that effort.

What if we all lived from a place of love - true, deep, soul-based love? Imagine what that world would look like! ๐Ÿ’–
