Sometimes in business and life, we can feel like we are battling a shark - it comes out of nowhere, it can be a nudge or a full-on blood bath, can't get our bearings to call for help and the water is murky and can't get any clarity!
It doesn't have to be this way. We get so laser-focused, that we only see in one direction, not noticing the hands reaching out to the side to help us, to cheer us on, or simply to be there for us.
There are a few things we can do to help make our "tackle" a little easier:
⭐️Make a to-do list and then rank them from highest priority to lowest priority
⭐️Start at the top and focus on one thing at a time ⭐️Don't do one thing and think of all the other tasks that need to get done
⭐️Worry about today only - tomorrow will come and you can deal with it then. Make today your only focus
⭐️Use your calendar and schedule out your time - when you see it written down, it seems more attainable than trying to cram in as much as possible throughout the whole day.
All you can do is what you can do. You have strength only for today so use it wisely and be kind to yourself. Replenish and start the process again tomorrow!
